Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w), 5 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 50-55 minutes. Remove film lid for final 10 minutes of cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
