Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C. Remove all packaging. Place koftas in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 14 - 15 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cook cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Caution: Do not overfill basket.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Cover skewer ends with foil to prevent burning. Place kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
