Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to warm at room temperature.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Once the pan is very hot, fry the steaks for 1 minute each side for rare, 2 minutes each side for medium and 3 minutes each side for well done turning frequently. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
