Air Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C. Remove all packaging. Place pork loins in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 13-14 minutes, turn halfway.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not overfill basket.; Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above grill or fry instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.

Remove all packaging and place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and cook for 7 minutes each side, turning frequently until fully cooked.
Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Once the pan is hot, fry the steaks for 5 minutes each side, turning frequently until fully cooked. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
