Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Can eaten hot or cold.
190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 15-20 mins. Remove the mini Cambozola® from the sleeve and remove all wrapping. Replace the mini Cambozola® in the wooden tray (alternatively, place the cheese in a small ovenproof dish). Using a knife, make 5 slits in the top of the cheese approx. 20mm long. Drizzle the glaze over the cheese. Place on a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven until the cheese is hot and melted in the centre and the fruit glaze is hot. When this product is heated the blue veins in the cheese are expected to become firm. Oil separation can occur when heated.
