Always go off before use by date
These are nearly always damaged in transit (smashed on one side) so they go off faster than the use by date says. I've tried buying them a few times now but won't be doing so again.
Started to rot
Received yesterday, last day to use today, smells horrible and started to rot.
Not good
Looked ok raw but cooked they went brown & tasted gone off! Wouldnt buy them again. The short, frozen ones are far better.
Brown and sour!
I purchased two packs and cooked them within an hour of receiving my delivery. After a couple of minutes of gentle heating they turned dark brown at the ends and a handful through the middle area. I ate them anyway and found the taste of even the most yellow parts to be weird (not awful, just not sweet at all). I'll stick with the frozen cobs.
Good but didn't last
Tasty but you have to use fast because they start to secrete milky white liquid and some bust and at that point they seem to loose the flavour.
