Sponges: Decant bites onto a non-metallic plate by running a knife around each bite and then applying pressure to the bottom of the packaging. Place into the microwave and cook on full power. Sauce: place the unopened sauce sachet into some previously boiled water for 1 minute. Pour the heated sauce over the bites.
