Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. Spoon chicken gently to break up the chicken pieces and ensure even distribution. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the sauce sachets to one side. Empty the content of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes carefully remove from the oven and glaze the chicken with the juices in the dish to ensure the chicken is coated in the juices. Place back in the oven without a lid/foil and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully drain away the juices. Using two forks pull the chicken apart into chunks. Place in bowl or plate and pour the contents of the two sachets over the chicken.
