Vinification Details
Pressing and settling is done directly by vine growers. The best musts are then blended to craft a Bourgogne Chardonnay that is powerful, elegant and fresh. For 50% of the cuvée, Alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrel and the wine is aged in barrels for 10 months. For the other 50%, the alcoholic fermentation and ageing takes place in stainless steel vats. The 2 cuvées are then assembled.
