Cooking Instructions - General. The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances.
Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. Before serving stir thoroughly. Ensure the food is piping hot throughout. Take care as tray will be hot. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Cook as per below;
Cook on full power 800W, 2 1/2 mins, Stand time 1 min
Cook on full power 900W, 2 mins, Stand time 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
