Take care as tray will be hot. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Power: 800W, Cook Time: 4 mins, Stand Time: 1 min
Power: 900W, Cook Time: 3 1/2 mins, Stand Time: 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve, pierce film several times.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.
For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature accordingly.
