Regional Information

The climate is hot with high evaporation rates and generally low rainfall, making irrigation essential. The climate is also continental, resulting in long sunny days and noticeably cooler nights. Vinification Details

The fruit was crushed and destemmed and selected parcels were fermented in French and American oak prior to blending. The final blend has seen further American Oak to balance the fruit to oak ratio.
