Made a nice change from chips.
Read the good reviews so gave them a go. Very tasty croquettes very good quality produce
These croquettes are the best
Delightfully light texture
Not in the least bit greasy, they crisp well and are light and fluffy inside - the potato itself is seasoned well too. They make a nice change from mashed potatoes and an alternative for those who do not eat chips. I enjoy them with vegetables, a plainly grilled chicken breast and some cheese sauce. I find gravy to be the wrong texture to accompany them as it soaks them through so quickly and you loose the crispy texture, but a thick cheese sauce doesnt... as long as they are not served in a pool of it! I wonder if they would be nice sprinkled with a little grated cheese before baking... maybe I will try that some time.
Saw them on offer and glad I bought them. lovely.
First class croquette
Not something I tend to buy too often however they do make a lovely change from regular chips and always cook nicely with a lovely outside on them and the expected inside too, just perfect. The price is quite good for the quality of the product, no need to wait for an offer grab a bag now! I may try deep frying a few next time to see how they turn out that way! All in all a recommended product if you fancy a bit of a 'potato change' from regular chips and don't want hash-browns.
