The Marshalls' story began in 1885 when James Marshall first opened his mill, creating a food business that would feed millions and span generations. Countless awards later, Marshalls continues to make versatile, quality products for families across the nation, still using the highest quality ingredients. These high quality ingredients and our pasta making experience, gained over centuries, has ensured we remain Scotland's favourite pasta. We have done this whilst keeping true to Marshalls' tradition and ethos of quality, versatile food - making pasta that would make James Marshall truly proud.
