Lovely lemon cake not dry and not too moist. Delicious with butter and a cup of tea.

A poor quality cake

I do not know if the four previous 5 star reviewers all have an unusual sense of taste, or whether my tastebuds are faulty, but I found this cake to be almost inedible. It has a nasty artifical lemon taste, and a heavy texture. Everything about it says 'cheap'. I certainly will not be buying again.

Very nice lemon cake indeed, I've tried lemon cakes from most stores, none as nice as this, it has a nice moist, dense texture and is always in my basket now

lovely zesty cake

Tried this as a change and was really impressed. The lemon was zesty but not to tart. It lasted really well too.
