Oven cook - From Chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Pre-Heat Oven to Gas Mark 3, 160ºC, 325ºF, Fan Assisted 150ºC.
Season and seal the lamb shanks in a frying pan.
Place the lamb shanks in a casserole dish and cover with vegetable stock and add vegetables.
Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2 1/2 hours.
