Oven cook - From Chilled. These instructions are a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. Thoroughly cook all pork products until no pink meat remains.
Cover joints with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 190°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 35 minutes per 500g, plus a further 35 minutes.
