Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging.
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas mark 5. Place in an oven proof dish and loosely cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 2 hours, basting occasionally. Remove the foil for the last 15 - 20 minutes of cooking. Ensure product is fully cooked. Once removed from oven cover with foil and allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
