Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-Heat Oven to Gas Mark 5 190°C, 375°F, Fan Assisted 180°C. Medium; Season the meat, place in a roasting
tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes per 500g, plus 25 minutes. Well Done; Extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Once cooked cover and keep warm, allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
