Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-Heat Oven to 170°C/350°C/Gas Mark 4/160°C fan. Season the meat, fry and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. Place in an oven proof dish cover with stock and add vegetables. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2-3 hours. Alternatively this can be cooked on the hob for 3-4 hours.
