Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, season the ribs and sear all sides. Set the slow cooker to high. Place 100ml of water hour or stock in the slow cooker and add the ribs. Ensure the water or stock doesn't run dry and top up if necessary.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 170°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 6 hour
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, season the ribs and sear all sides. Transfer to a casserole dish and add 100ml of water or stock. Cover with lid or foil and cook, ensure the water or stock doesn't run dry and top up if necessary. Remove the lid/foil for the last hour of cooking.
