Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add steak. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Medium: fry the steaks for 3 -4 minutes turning during cooking. Well done: extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes. These instructions are given only as a guide.
