Stir Fry - From Ambient. Place the noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand 3 minutes only (or 2 if stir-fry).
Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain.

not as good as they used to be

Used to be good but finding that most of the nest have noodles that clump together and are as hard as plastic, even after following cooking instructions
