The COLOUR is a very pale rose, the AROMA is bright, fresh grapefruit, rich Rhubarb, citrys and anise, and the FLAVOUR is rich, fresh citrus grapefruit with a rich and long juniper finish
Distilled in a stainless vacuum still for 5 hours and then blended with spring water and cut to 41 percent ABV
