Cooking Guidelines
For best results, always cook from frozen. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving.
Remove outer packaging.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add 1/6 of the vegetarian mince and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Surprisingly good
Bought this one week as all other mince was out of stock for some reason. We are meat eaters but thought I'd give this a go as my son was pestering for a bolognese. I am now a convert and will be ordering this regularly! As with all meat substitutes, they tend to be a little bland and lacking in flavour, but nothing a bit of extra seasoning when cooking doesn't fix. I've made bolognese, chilli and loaded nachos with this so far and my kids wolf it down! Bonus is it takes only minutes to cook, no grease, no gristle and just tastes great!

Can absolutely recommend this mince (and the sausages, too)
Not what I expected
Thought I would try this as have tried other brands before and not enjoyed them. Have to say I was disappointed. It had a strange taste and needed other things adding to it to make it edible. Love the Sausages but would not buy this again.
