Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze as soon as possible after purchase, but always by the "best before" date shown. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 2 hours. Use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

decided to try some different options to see if i could find something that actually tastes like it might know what a bakery is. this was great. to my taste it seemed very flavoursome and had a lovely crust and soft inside. great with pate, cheese, hams and liver pate with coleslaw. i understand the ciabatta reference in other reviews, but i found the crust a little softer than that. really good. i will buy again.
More like a Ciabatta but great anyway
I agree that this is more like a ciabatta, but it has a great texture and flavour. It is a good size. I cooked it for the minimum recommended time, and would actually recommend giving it at least another minute, as it was quite difficult to cut / chew through the crust. I will definitely buy this again.

Nothing special at all. More like ciabatta than a baguette.
