Cooking Guidelines
Deep Fry - From Chilled/Ambient. Deep fry the coated pieces in batches of 3 to 4 in hot oil at 155°C (310°F). Cook breast and wing portions for 18 to 20 minutes. Drumsticks and thighs for 22 to 25 minutes. Do not disturb the pieces whilst frying. Turn only after 6 to 8 minutes.

Preparation And Usage
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash and dry chicken, cut into pieces then dip both sides in whisked Egg or Milk.
2. Put the KTC Hot & Spicy Chicken Mix in a container. Then add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or oven bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 200 °C (392 °F) for 25 - 30 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Serve & Enjoy.
