Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes. Take care when removing from microwave. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care as meal will be hot. Serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan oven, Gas mark 5. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care as meal will be hot. Serve.
