Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 hours at a controlled temperature (about 30°) and pressed gently. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to conserve the rich aromas.

Awful

This has to be one of the worst wines I have ever tasted. It has a nasty aftertaste, not unlike vinegar. Avoid. Truly awful.

Family favourite

We used to have family friends bring this wine back over from France for years when I was in my teens, enjoyed it then, enjoy it now. Glad it’s even more accessible as a firm favourite. Medium-full bodied bottle of goodness.
