Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Please always be careful of hot steam when removing big bao. For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure big'bao is cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked. Do not consume cold.; Microwave - From Chilled. - Remove sleeve and peel back film to line shown
- Microwave for 65 seconds [750W] or 60 seconds [900W]
- Leave to stand for 90 seconds; Steam - From Chilled. [colander or sieve]
- Line colander/sieve with greaseproof paper and place above a pan of softly boiling water
- Place big bao in colander/sieve, cover with a lid.
- Steam for 10-12 mins
- Microwave for 65 seconds [750W] or 60 seconds [900W]
