Brilliant broth was inspired by the legendary noodle soup we served in our award-winning Chelsea restaurant, back in 1997.

Easy, Simple & Delicious Soup Base

I like original more than chicken one. My recipe: udon noodle, boiled pak choi, chili oil, smoked bacon & lardon, fridge raider, crab sticks & soup base. It takes 15 min to prep. So delicious
