Preparation and Usage
Semolina Pudding:
Mix 50g semolina and 50ml milk in a saucepan until the mixture thickens. Boil the 550 ml milk in a pot add semolina paste, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 25g sugar. Stir until thickens.
Cooking instructions (for guidance only)
Fried Dough: Mix 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl.
Make small portions and roll each portion into a sausage shape. Heat oil over medium heat for 2 - 4 minutes. Fry on each side until golden brown.

Great in pizza dough
Used this product together with plain white flour to make the yummiest pizza crusts for Mothers Day bake off. Wasn't sure if this would work as the fine one was asked for in the recipe, but this was accidently ordered. Wow, great pizza dough!

HEALTHY CHICKEN NUGGETS!
I use course semolina instead of batter to make healthy chicken nuggets. Once cooked, the semolina will leave the chicken sealed within a tasty, golden crunchy coating. Just add your favourite spices; I use paprika, celery salt and a bit of cracked black pepper and LoSalt. Experiment, try some garlic powder, onion salt or chili powder for a bit of heat. Use whatever you like but don't go over board - less is more! Rinse a fresh defrosted chicken breast under some running water, cut into cubes, then coat the wet pieces. Cook for about 20-25mins at 185-200C in a pre-heated oven. Test the nuggets are cooked with a meat thermometer and make sure it's over 73C.
