Those two tiny dots over the ü emphasise the ‘oooooh-iness’ in our name, so it’s pronounced: ‘G-oo’.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6). Remove outer packaging and foil. Place the two ramekins on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12 minutes. Don't overcook them, or they'll lose their Gü-ey centres!
