...To heat the pancakes, place the bag in the microwave for 30 seconds (700W/Cat D) or 20 seconds (800W/Cat E). Do not heat the sauce. To serve, spread some sauce on each pancake and add some of the shredded duck. Roll and enjoy!; Oven cook - From Chilled. Eat without going out in 40 minutes.
1 Remove from Packaging...
Preheat your oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7. Remove items from outer packaging. Place pancakes and sauce to one side.
2 Roast...
...Remove duck from its packaging. Place the duck on a wire rack over a baking tray, ensure that the skin is facing upwards. Place into the centre of the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. Once cooked shred meat and the skin using forks.

Gressingham Half Duck
Worth the extra pennies....its better than even a restaurant duck. It made a total meal for myself and my partner

Best duck from a supermarket
I've tried lots of different crispy duck meals from different supermarkets - I buy this one when it's on offer as at £5 it's great value for money. Plenty of meat and the skin goes nice and crisp. Definitely our favourite and a regular in our house.

simply the best
After trying several crispy duck & pancake ready meals this one is just delicious. Pancakes are really thin and light and the duck is so crispy. Very authentic.

Really nice
We've tried a few different crispy duck kits and this one was pretty good. the amount of meat that you get is generous, we had meat leftover after filling our pancakes. The pancakes themselves are nice too, not too dry and easy to prepare in the microwave. I would order this again.

Authentic crispy duck
Tasted really good. The skin crisped up the same way as in a Chinese restaurant.
