Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern food made with chickpeas and mixed with herbs and spices, deep fried until crisp golden brown on the outside and fluffy in the middle.... delicious!

1 Empty the package contents into a bowl and add 250ml of warm water, mix together.
2 Leave for 15 minutes, or until set.
