History
White piquepoul regained its former glory in the 1920s, during the first gathering of white producers from Pinet. Producers from Pinet and neighboring towns then bet on this native grape variety and replanted it. A winning bet since from the 1980s Picpoul de Pinet wine crossed the Channel to become the star of French whites in the United Kingdom, to the point of still exporting a third of production there today.

Made from a single variety Piquepoul, refugee on the banks of the Thau Lagoon (Mediterranean South of France), this ingenious varietal is perfectly adapted to the territory from which it comes.

Vinification Details
The juices are initially protected against oxidation. Pneumatic pressing with juice selection by draining followed by cold settling for 48 hours and then fermentation takes place under controlled temperature (15°C).
