Preparation And Usage
Christmas Cocktail
- 37.5ml Edinburgh Christmas gin
- 12.5ml elderflower liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1/2 muddled pear
- 15ml honey water (2 parts honey - 1 part water)
- Egg White
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Cut up the pear and muddle at the bottom of your cocktail shaker.
Dry shake all ingredients together then add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.
Garnish with a single star anise.
