- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.

a tasty cooking chocolate. easy to use, melt, grate etc for adding to recipes but also nice if you just eat it!

Superb cooking chocolate

This never made it as far as a cake topping - we all liked it so much, we ate it as it was. Not good for our waistlines, but a great advert for the quality taste.
