Waste of money
These adhesive patches are pathetic, when stuck to myself they produce very little heat. They do not produce deep penetrative heat, more a light warmth to the skin layer. Want better value stick to regular deep heat.

Ive used these for a years
Ive used these for a number of years for my sporadic bad back and they have worked great for me, even lasting all night. I would recommend, please note these go directly onto the skin not over clothing.

completely useless
Agree with other reviews, didn't produce any heat/barely got to room temperature. Would be better with a gel or rub instead.

Same as other review
Not very warm at all. One or worst heat pads I've tried unfortunately very disappointing for the money. Good concept though.

Complete waste of money
I don't normally give bad reviews but I feel I need to warn people. If you are looking for a product that gives off a bit of heat for pain relief-- this isn't it!!! It barely got very slightly warm. I wore it for the full 12 hours and after the first 2 hours the very slight warmth was already room temperature..... It was completely and utterly useless and a total waste of money.
