Cooking Guidelines
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 46 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging, set aside sauce sachet for later use. Empty contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.
Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and discard foil. Pour contents of sauce sachet over lamb and mix with the meat juices and onions. Return to the oven uncovered for a futher 16 minutes. Stir sauce well before serving.

Too expensive!
The amount of .meat I got off the bone was a child's portion. Needless to say I won't be buying sa.e again
Better than M&S!
I have been a fan of this Morrison's lamb shank for years. A very generous quantity of lamb meat on the bone, and a tasty sauce. My only criticism is that I wish a foil tray would be included in the pack, because oven dishes of the right size for a long relatively narrow joint are not common, at least in my kitchen! Other suppliers like m&s provide a foil dish but their shanks are less meaty and the sauces not so nice. I have not knocked a star off for this because it doesn't affect the overall quality.
Tender shank.
I have bought many of these lamb shanks and have found them tender and 'meaty'. I will continue to consume these value for money, convenance with mouth watering joy!!!!
the worst .not the best
There was a lot of gelatine fat really disgusting and the meat was very little , think I would scrap this off your supermarket, Really it was disgusting,
