Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Not suitable for microwave cooking or cooking from frozen.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove packaging. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 180°C for remainder of cooking time.
Cooking times (including 20 minutes at 200°C):
Rare: 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes.
Medium: 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes.
Well done: 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes. Once cooked remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
