This is Giovanni Corvezzo, also known as the "Happy farmer" committed to promoting a more sustainable agriculture and producing 100% Organic wines.
This approach allows our wines to be lower in sulphur.

Corvezzo is a 100% certificated organic winery with more than half a century old wine tradition. The Corvezzo family is aware of the unique quality of their vines and for decades have played a frontline role in protecting and promoting the Italian countryside, through a continued commitment to promoting more sustainable agriculture. Their green philosophy is seen from vineyard to cellar, using renewable energy and recycled products where possible, and lighter bottles to tackle atmospheric pollution.

Once picked, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed to extract the juice. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation for an average of 60 days in inox tanks.
