History
João Portugal Ramos started his career as a winemaker in Alentejo in 1980. In the end of the 80's, as a result of his accumulated experience, he accepted the challenge to became a consultant winemaker in response to request from various producers from various producers scattered around the country. During this period, João Portugal Ramos played an important role in favour of the development of some notable portuguese Wines, across a wide variety of regions.

Vineyards located in Estremoz. The altitude is between 250 meters to 300 meters. Most of the grapes in this wine come from single cordon with VSP vineyards, but we also have some older vineyards with double cordon.

Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Ageing in stainless steel tanks with controlled micro-oxygenation to create soft, smooth mouthfeel.
