Chateau Guinot is a small family estate just a 10 minute drive from the town of Saint Emilion. The wine is full-bodied on the palate, with aromas of black fruits and a slightly spicy structure.

Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, a name whose simple evocation arouses fascination among oenophiles. Prestigious, “Grand Cru” is only granted to the best wines of Saint-Emilion. The vineyard is mainly planted with Merlot, on clay-limestone soil. The wine comes from a vineyard certified as having high environmental value.

This wine is produced from a strict selection of specific plots, combining a unique terroir with meticulous care for the vines.After being carefully harvested and sorted, the grapes are vatted for three weeks to undergo alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with 50% new barrels and 50% one-use barrels. The vineyard has been certified as High Environmental Value Level 3 since 2019.
