History

Vinification Details

This wine is produced from a strict selection of specific plots, combining a unique terroir with meticulous care for the vines.After being carefully harvested and sorted, the grapes are vatted for three weeks to undergo alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with 50% new barrels and 50% one-use barrels. The vineyard has been certified as High Environmental Value Level 3 since 2019.
