To Make 8 Chicken Tacos in Minutes
1. Coat 500g of chicken strips (or alternative) with Capsicana Mexican smoked cumin and chipotle seasoning mix and leave to marinate.
2. Slice 2 onions, 2 peppers and put to one side.
3. Brown the chicken over a medium heat in 1 tbsp of oil before stirring in the onions and peppers.
4. Stir the pan until the vegetables have softened and the meat has cooked through.
5. Serve with your warmed mini tortillas and our salsa and guacamole mixes.
You'll Need:
5006 chicken strips
Capsicana Mexican smoked cumin and chipotle seasoning mix
2 onions
7 peppers
8 Capsicana mini tortillas
Capsicana salsa mix & 2 tomatoes
Capsicana guacamole mix & 1 avocado
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions - General. To warm remove the tortillas from their packaging and either...
Do not reheat; Deep Fry - From Ambient. Dry fry on a hot frying pan or griddle for a few seconds on each side, until your tortilla starts to bubble; Microwave - From Ambient. 8-30secs
1 Tortilla (800w) 8 seconds, (900w) 6 seconds
8 Tortillas (800w) 30 seconds. (900w) 20 seconds; Oven cook - From Ambient. Gas 6 / 200°C, Fan 180°C
Wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a preheated oven at Gas mark 6 / 200°C / Fan 180°C for 8 minutes
