I created a blend of chipotle and ancho chillies to produce a sweet and smoky flavour - perfect for fajitas. Usage:
2 Servings

You'll Need:
Capsicana large tortillas, 300g Chicken (strips), 1 Onion (chopped), 1 Pepper (sliced)
1. Add 300g of chicken strips, a chopped onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil and fry for 8-10 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
2. Add the paste and stir through, adding 1-2 tbsp of water to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas.
