Preparation And Usage
What You Need:
1 medium egg
50g softened butter
25ml (5 tsp) cold water
Bake
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted oven)/Gas mark 4 and line a cupcake tray with the cases.
2. Empty the cupcake mix into a large mixing bowl and add the butter and water.
3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
4. Spoon the mixture into the cases, dividing it as equally as possible.
5. Place the cupcake tray into the centre of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cupcakes are risen and golden, or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, before transferring onto a cooling rack.
Decorate
7. Once the cupcakes have cooled, snip the corner of the frosting sachet off and pipe evenly over each cupcake.
8. Use the black writing icing tube to add eye and antler details.
9. Finally, top each cupcake with a red confetti nose.
