Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side. Medium: Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Really tender steaks
These are great steaks and really great value! Very tender and lean. Simply seasoned with a bit of salt and lots of pepper and pan fried for a couple of minutes each side and rested for a few minutes, delicious! Also great in a stir fry, just brown each side in a hot pan, then thinly slice and add for the last couple of minutes to your stir fry. Delicious!
Not a cut to be overcooked but lovely and tender if served medium after being rested. I just wish there wasn't such a variance in the sizes on occasion.
Tastiest steak I've ever had from a supermarket
Fried for 45s a side in butter and finished with pepper cream sauce, nicest tasting steak I've ever had from a supermarket, excellent value, didn't find it too tough at all.
My partner loves this steak. I brown it on medium heat and then add a little stock and lower the heat to minimum with a lid on the pan for 8 minutes. my partner likes his steak well done and it comes out really tender and tasty.
I usually have to pay more money for this steak when I buy it from a butcher. But this steak cooked well and tasted good too. I think the secret to getting tender steak is to leave it to rest for about 10 minutes after cooking, I did and mine was great.
