WARNING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Do not consume contents.
Do not place the hand warmers directly on to your skin after boiling.
Do not heat in a kettle.
Do not puncture the packs with any tool or sharp object.
Do not attempt to reset the packs using a microwave.
Do not put the packs into a freezer.
The hand warmers must always be allowed to cool completely before resetting them using the boiling method described above.

To Activate
Simply give the metal disk inside the hand warmer pack a couple of clicks. This will initiate a chemical reaction that will cause the pack to crystallise and heat up to around 53°C. The packs will stay hot for around 20 minutes if uninsulated.
However, they will retain heat for longer if placed in an insulated space i.e. Pocket, mitten, glove etc.

To Reset Once Cold
Immerse the packs in boiling water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, until all crystals within the packs have disappeared and are liquified. Remove from hot water with a suitable utensil and allow to cool before handling. Do not leave pan unattended and stir occasionally to keep the packs moving within the pan.
