Preparation And Usage
For a sensational Chicken Satay for two:
Cook: Slice 2 chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and thread onto skewers. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper then oven bake until cooked through.
Simmer: In a pan combine / a jar of Satay paste and 2 a can (200ml) of Blue Dragon coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Enjoy: Serve the chicken skewers on a bed of jasmine rice, drizzle over the satay sauce or serve on the side for dipping.
Feeling inspired? To add a bit of kick to your dish, why not sprinkle over some chopped fresh red chilli?
